Inline Attacks
A category of physical attacks in where an attacker places a
malicious hardware or software component "inline" between devices,
enabling them to intercept, modify, or disrupt data transmission.
Equipment
One of the most famous cables to pull of this kind of attack is the
one called O.M.G cable. They come with different adapters. Among other things, they can
do:
- Geofencing: only trigger payloads on certain locations;
- Keylogging.
